Elliot’s Landing is a Mediterranean style gated resort community situated in the area of Champions Gate. Based on style and location, Elliot’s Landing will be one of the most sought after resort style communities in the Disney area. The Developers

The developers are British American Homes LLC, and are members of the Master Builders Association. Over the years they have built both residential and commercial projects on two continents, including hospitals, bridges, multi and single family homes, gas stations and office buildings. Past clients have included Xerox, Shell, Texaco, and the United States government. Th ey have also been involved in a multi-million dollar civil engineering project in the Caribbean.
The architect and project managers are Canin Associates. Based in Orlando, Florida, they have over 20 years of experience in community planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and residential design. Having designed some of Central Florida’s greatest buildings and resorts, they bring a wealth of local knowledge and resort construction experience to the project.
